Description of Services:

We will hold a distance learning site for boys and girls who do not have internet access. We will provide childcare, enrichment program activities for boys and girls. We will also be providing them breakfast and lunch. We will provide after school clubs from 3:00 PM -6:00 PM for them at John Hope Franklin elementary and Monroe Demonstration Acadamy.

Please Describe your Safety Plan

We have temp checks for everyone who walks into the building. With the boys and girls, we do temp checks 2x a day. The boys and girls are required to wear masks the entire day. We will also have desk shields as well as keeping them 6ft apart.

Please describe your contact tracing plan (if someone has come in contact with COVID, how will families be notified?)

We are planning are keeping the children in groups of 9, and be in close to communication with their family members to ensure we are keeping track of each student.
