Description of Services:
RCF offers physical fitness, educational training, and life skill development to help young people by instilling self-discipline, self-esteem and confidence in “at risk” youth who are in
jeopardy of slipping into trouble, dropping out of school, or are in immediate risk of permanent harm.
Fees charged for services:
It is recommended but not required. Fees help offset operating expenses.
